The lots do not conceal defects and are described with the greatest care and good faith. As to the photographed ones, the reproduction has a conclusive value for the general aspect of the price, with a particular regard to the margin, indentation, and annullament.
The numbering of the stamps is the one Sassone catalogue for Italy, and per the Unificato catalogue for European countries, including the former Soviet Union . The Yvert & Teller catalogue is for oversea countries. Other catalogues for certain specific lots.
Lots are sent by registered mail. Risks of forwarding are at purchaser’s expense. Therefore the delivery of the lost in considered as having place with the presentation of the Napoli post office receipt.
Possible complaints must reach us within the tenth day from the reception of the lots. The claim on the authenticity of the lot purchased must be accompanied by the written statements of at least three qualified experts, having already established the principle according to which the defects described cannot represent the object of a claim. In case of controversy the competent court is the one in Napoli.
